There is a $15 non refundable deposit prior to booking no exceptions. Which is paid through the website. Remaining balance must be paid in cash No extra guest are allowed please. Please arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled. If for any reason you need to cancel appointment or reschedule please let me know at least 24 hours prior to appointment. If you cancel your appointment you will not be able to get a refund for your deposit but you will be able to use your deposit to reschedule a new appointment. But if left noticed less than 24 hours it will result in loss of deposit. Clients who cancel appointment less than 24 hour noticed or no call/ no show are required to pay 50% of service before being able to book again. After the second time you will be booked from my bookings. If you have any issues with your lashes you have within 48 hours after your service to inform me. Refunds are not available but I will fix the issue. After 48 hours I am no longer liable. Remember 50% is on your lash tech 50% is on client :) Prior to booking Please avoid caffeine at least 3 hours prior to appointment as it can make you feel jittery and cause excessive blinking Please arrive with a bare clean face and no makeup. If you arrive with makeup you there will be a $10 extra charge Please use restroom before appointment as you will be sitting there for a while Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and try to avoid high ponytails or hair clips Feel free to wear headphones Just a reminder my policies and rules are put in place for a smooth and easy experience for all my clients.
